50ml
Add 1 x 18mg/20mg 10ml nicotine shot and mix, for 3mg.
Add 2 x 18mg/20mg 10ml nicotine shots and mix, for 6mg.

100ml
Add 2 x 18mg/20mg 10ml nicotine shot and mix, for 3mg.
Add 3 x 18mg/20mg nicotine shots and mix, for 4.5mg.

Note that the above direction is estimated, and results may vary, as some e-liquid manufacturers give varying room to add nic shots.
